SHIPPING/POSTAGE POLICY

All our items are dispatched as soon as possible (generally 24-48 hrs after placing your order). Delivery usually takes between 3 – 5 days from the date of dispatch. However, delays are always a possibility due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always chase your order with our postage agents within 24 hrs of you raising a query regarding non delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for undelivered items until a period of 14 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch. Please only proceed with your purchase if you are happy to agree to these terms and conditions regarding delivery.
